Johanna and Paul were married May 18, 2013 in a beautifully-simple backyard wedding at her parent’s home in Chapel Hill, in a meaningful ceremony officiated by the wonderful Robin Renteria. I was excited when I booked with Johanna and Paul – Johanna skates for the Charlottesville Derby Dames, a roller derby team in Virginia. I knew then that she and Paul would be fun to work with. They didn’t disappoint. Julysa (my trusty assistant and rising UNC Journalism School star) and I had a blast, and we wish Johanna and Paul many blessings in their new adventure together.
